Our Journey to HITL
In 2023, we paused our usual delivery rhythm to go deeper into the world of generative AI. We built assistants. We restructured workflows. We designed with and for AI, not around it by:

🤖 Developing autonomous agents + MCPs
💡 And then defined the HITL AI Process Design approach
Because we found that true AI transformation only works when humans are thoughtfully kept in the loop.
The Five Principles of HITL

Start with the Human Outcome
Every AI-enhanced process must begin with a clear understanding of the value (CVO) it can create with and for people, not just replace tasks, efficiency gains or job replacement.

Design the Loop, Not the Shortcut
Reimagine old processes and Design new ones where the linking of AI and humans actively creates more value, not those where AI bypasses people.

Make Intelligence Collaborative
AI should evolve through human interaction. Through this collaboration, humans grow more capable in new high-value areas with AI support. You are an integral part of this process.

Preserve Human Judgement
If it affects people, people must decide.

Measure Shared Impact
We measure the success of AI adoption in the quality, creativity, and growth it enables for an individual or business, not the volume of tasks it replaces.
